Everything a mod team actually needs, none of the setup headache.
◈
AI-reviewed automod
A deterministic filter catches evasion tricks people actually use — leetspeak,
lookalike characters, zero-width tricks, spaced-out or run-together words —
and an optional AI pass reads the room for context a wordlist can't: wall-of-text
spam, split-message dodges, and prompt-injection attempts baked into the message itself.

Support tickets, done right
A dropdown panel lets members open a ticket into a private channel under
whatever categories you set up — support, reports, billing, whatever your
server needs. Staff claim and close with a reason, every ticket ends in a
full transcript, and idle tickets close themselves after a warning.

A real moderation toolkit
/warn, /mute, /kick, /ban, and their
temporary and reversing counterparts — every action requires a reason, DMs the
member, and gets logged to a per-user case history you can pull up any time
with /modlogs. Role hierarchy is enforced, so staff can't touch
someone above their pay grade.
▦
Filters you actually control
Turn spam detection, invite-link blocking, mass-mention protection, and a
banned-word list on or off independently, and set your own escalation ladder
for each one — how many strikes before a warn, a mute, a kick, a ban. Your
server, your thresholds.

Built-in appeals
Every punishment DM includes an "Appeal this decision" button. Members explain
themselves through a short form, a private review channel opens for your
review team, and accepting an appeal automatically lifts the mute or ban —
no manual cleanup required.

Configured per server
One bot, run across as many servers as you like — each with its own filters,
ticket categories, punishment ladders, and appeal reviewers. Nothing you set
up leaks between servers.
